The RS-V is the higher specification model with a 1.6 litre turbocharged engine, making it Holden's sporty alternative to the Volkswagen Golf GTI.
The RS-V features stylish alloy wheels, twin exhaust outlets, keyless entry, front, rear and side parking sensors, automatic headlights and rain sensing windscreen wipers. Safety features include Forward Collision Alert, Lane Departure Warning, traction control and a speed limiter. The side parking sensors are particularly useful when reversing into tighter parking spaces.
Inside, the full leather seating is in excellent condition, including the rear seats. The dashboard and centre console are well laid out and presented in clean and tidy condition. Features include heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, dual zone climate control air conditioning, an electric parking brake and steering wheel mounted audio controls. The Holden MyLink infotainment system includes a large touchscreen, reversing camera, built in satellite navigation, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and voice activated Bluetooth connectivity.
The 1.6 litre turbocharged petrol engine has plenty of performance and is great to drive. The automatic transmission also allows manual gear selection for engine braking on downhill sections or driving on steeper inclines. Sports mode and automatic engine stop start are also included.
